1. The service
TrinketBot Creators lets a TikTok creator sign in with TikTok and see their own profile and their latest public videos in one place, watch them in TikTok's player, and copy the public link to any of them. It is free. It reads what you already share on TikTok; it does not publish, change or delete anything on your account, and it does not send your videos or details to anyone.
2. Who can use it
You need a TikTok account in good standing, and you must be old enough to use TikTok under its own rules (currently 13, or higher where local law requires it). You may connect only your own account. The details you give and the connection you make must be yours to give.
3. Your TikTok account and content
Your videos and your account stay yours and stay on TikTok; using this site does not change who owns them or what TikTok's rules allow. We keep a copy of their details only as the Privacy Policy describes, to show them to you. What you do with a link you copy is up to you, and you are responsible for sharing only what you have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the site only for your own account, through the pages it provides.
- Do not use scripts, bots or other automated means to use the site or to collect information from it, and do not try to get around its limits or its sign-in.
- Do not try to reach another creator's data, or interfere with the site, its servers or its security.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful or in a way that breaks TikTok's rules.
5. Ending it
You can stop at any time. Sign out ends the session in one browser; Disconnect removes the connection and deletes everything stored about you here. You can also remove this site in your TikTok settings. A connection that has not been visited for 180 days is deleted automatically. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
6. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or end the service, or these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top; using the site after that means you accept the updated terms. We aim to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available, or that TikTok's services it depends on will be.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by TikTok's services being unavailable or changing. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, including mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot be excluded.
8. TikTok
TrinketBot Creators is an independent service. It is not part of TikTok and is not endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok's own terms and policies apply to your use of TikTok and to what TikTok does with your information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are heard by the courts of Finland. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
